I have worked with many lenders and Steve is the best one I have worked with so far. He was always available to answer all my questions and got me the best loan rate and terms. He also made sure I had all the right documents for the underwriter and even helped me with some of them. When a problem came up with the appraisal, which was no fault of his, he did everything possible to remedy the situation so we could close. I also love the system used for uploading documents and keeping track of everything made it super easy. Definitely would recommend Steve and would use him again. He’s very personable and works hard for his clients.
